Gear4Music Small P.A any good?

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a smallish p.a to do some small band jazz stuff with a vocalist. Gear4music are doing a 100w 4 input system for £130, which seems like a ggod deal? http://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/100W-QTX-PA-System-with-Mixer-and-Speakers/J23 Anybody used one or had any dealings, or got any comments or recommendations?

I've used QTX equipment in the past and had no complaints about it. Not the most sophisticated or best-built stuff on the market but then, obviously, it wouldn't be at that price. If you can stretch to a Yamaha Stagepas system though, that is about as good as you will get for a small PA. Worth looking out for on eBay - also the slightly cheaper Fender Passport.

Thanks for quick reply! There seems to be a considerable price hike to the next level, though-don't think I can stretch to spending loads more for something which may not get that much use, and which would take loads of gigs to get to the break even point.

Aviod the cheap 1. It will sound BADDDDDDD. 2nd the Yamaha stage pass, very good all round PA, small and light, great build. Sound is the thing and not price !!!!!!!!!
