Yes, you just suck up the yolk into the bottle, and you can just hold it inside the bottle until you squeeze it back into a bowl. Truly, brilliant.

I tried it yesterday. It really is as easy as it looks. Was only making scotch pancakes, so didn't need to separate the egg, but am planning a reine de saba (nice chocolate gateau with ground almonds instead of flour) for my wife's birthday in a couple of weeks. Need 3 separated eggs for that.
