May be interested in this but why on earth would you just have the neck for sale on it's own? is it damaged in some way?

I bought it to use on my SA 80 but my sax was stolen and it was never used. It is brand new and not a mark on it. I wouldn't put it up for sale saying it was brand new if in fact it was damaged. I'm not that kind of person.

Go get the fish dude. As for the Ref 54 neck I had 2 and they do give that MKVI vibe to most modern tenors. Great neck indeed.

As we found in the Pruple Logo thread, the Neck makes the most diff after the mouthpiece , I still may get a Pruple neck for my Silver 62 for when I want to peel paint ..................

That Ref54 Neck ought to srpuce up many a Selmer compatible horn (or other selmer) without having to lash out the Ludicrous pretentious price for a Ref54 Horn if you want that sound .

I bought a Yani 9932J as a replacement for my Selmer. I love it. The engraved silver neck and bell are works of art and it has a great tone. Hence the reason for selling the neck.

hi jazzsaxman I've been chasing a customer who owes me money I got some tonight looks as though might get the rest soon thought it was never going to happen how good is the yani do play in a band if so any gigs glasgow area wouldn't mind a look I'm considering a 9935 but there's also a 9932 available also.

Hello guyfromthesticks. Next band gig is 3rd May at Glasgow Uni. I much prefer the Yani to the Selmer. The key action excellent. I got mine from Alistair Haydock Music in Milngavie.

You must have got it new or just been lucky I've actually stopped going in there as he has so little choice with everything reeds inc. I'll maybe try and see you at glasgow uni are there a few bands.
