I have here for sale my Sakkusu "Tick Logo" Alto, this is the Original version made in Taiwan (NOT China - ask Sax.co.uk who own the Sakkusu name for provenance) and is basically an Elkhart Deluxe (the alto still favoured by Daveysax , a pro tenor player from Southshields) , a seriously good clone of the Selmer SA80, I`d rate this higher than the Excellent T.J Revolution-II and not far off the £1200 SR model in terms of sound and handlng, keywork and build, doesn't warble like a lot of Taiwanese Altos (including some TJ Models) . comes in the original (decent, also Elkhart made) modern stylish case . the horn originally had black plastic touch pieces but I replaced these with lovely Abalone pearls imported from Taiwan .

Conditon is mint minus - there is a pencil tip sized ding on the lower part of the bell and a couple of scratches, otherwise it`s almost as new . comes with Case only, no mouthpiece.

I`m sure many have heard me ranting on about this horn on the forums and that about the only thing which would tear it from my grasp would be a REAL SA80 - well that`s what I`m after getting so put this up for sale as I can`t even look without raising at least some cash

Asking £250 which is less than a new half decent Chinese horn - 5% to the Forum, Courier would be £20 within the UK bar Highlands and islands, anywhere else I`ll have to quote . Paypal at buyers expense or bank transfer.

Sorry - Forgot - The horn does come with the Original Sakkusu Neck strap which is padded and quite decent , more than enough for an Alto . also the shoulder strap for the case ,

If you need a mouthpiece there`s the option of a Mint condition boxed Bari Esprit-II for £10 or a very nice condition Yamaha 4C for £20 (either will come with a ligature but no cap)

Arrived safe and sound this afternoon. Just had a blow. First impressions are very favourable. I'm particularly impressed by the smoothness of the action. Thanks, Ads.
