If a repairer whom knows what they are doing, then buying would be a different matter- they can fix it up in their own time surely. I have seen worse that have been brought back to life! Must be worth a few pounds just for spares.

They sent it to me overnight by stealth jet (seller is in USAF) but, would you believe it, it needed pads too!!
Managed to catch him in the field behind my house before he flew off again.
He's refunded my 15p so I'm off to buy a MkVI.....
