Sheet Music Resurrection Shuffle.. Music?

I'm want to try and learn Resurrection Shuffle on my Tenor to play for fun with some colleagues at a work party.
Dos anyone know where i can find the music to this?

Stabs on A and G A
Long held G
Repeat until bored
That's about it I think.
