I'm not sure, but looking at the site is appears that there only a limited number of items available and they will refund the cost of anything that is not delivered. Either that or they may send the items in batches. I bought my alto from this company and can confirm that they are bona fide and there is a number to call if you have any queries.

Lloyd, I know the shop and have been there on a few occasions. I was just disappointed that I didn't get all of mine. They did say they will refund the £11.

Hmm, we'll see. They haven't refunded my money yet. Given that the ones I ordered were not marked as 'subject to availability', I'd have though that they could have refunded as soon as they processed the order. I'm too busy to piddle around chasing them for my money.

If they're going to accept online orders they really need to do something about their stock control.
