Ha ha, thanks to Nick I've just been having a play using tenor reeds, they're a little narrow so they only just fit on the table, but if you put them on carefully they work ok! Whoopdeedo (or words to that nature)

Absolutely consumed with jealousy.

Would you care to PM me your address and when you'll be out?

You've made me really jealous. The Mk6 tenor I've just bought has lost it's appeal after looking at that beautiful instrument.
Waah! (Screems, rolls on floor and throws a tantrum) I want one!!!!

Mind you, I do that if my dinners late.

See, I told you all that OG was trying to carpet bag a bari.
Taz, it looks great. Hope you enjoy the Mauriat bari as much as I do the alto.

Never forget - I know where you live......

Nice one Pete. As if having Simons bari in the house for a week wasn't bad enough, now there's this beauty a few miles up the road :verysad:verysad

Thanks for all the comments chaps. Ok it's like this, this bari has now caused me a huge problem! I can't put the bloody thing down :))) I also can't wait to go to my local (ha that's a joke) shop in Leicester and grab some reeds and a stand. I think that a Cebulla strap will be on the cards in the not too distant future as the only strap I own is my Neotech that I use with my tenor and the bari stretches it to it's limit and it's not very comfortable either. So, it's more expense then.

GAS, who, me?
