Pete, I'm not at home now so can't check. But I bought the CD a couple of months ago. It's excellent! Looks as if the extras are more than you sent with the CD.

If there's a difference, i there a way of ordering the extras alone. THe pdfs and beginners stuff would really help me. Thanks.
