Outdoor grilled pork loin dry rub

  • 6 to 8 pound bonrless pork loin trimmed of most fat
  • 2 cups plu minus of light brown sugar
  • fresh ground lend of peppers....anything/everything you like
  • tablespoon dry ground garlic

Mix Brown sugar and pepper blend together along with any and ll spices you would normally like....garlic etc.

Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.

Wrap loin in foil and allow to rest in fridge.

Start you gas grille and get it relly hot.

Turn off one side and place the dry rubbed loin fat side up.<The sugar will burn if you use heat on this side>

Insert thermometer into loin and set for 170.

Leave the side that the pork is on OFF.

Remove when the roast hits 170 degrees F<or 76.5 C thanks KEVGERMANY>.... UH OH somebody tell me what that is in Celsius!

Thanks a ton.... I made an edit to reflect the proper temp in C range.

If you are cooking in C rather than F it is one less flat I beleive....
