Hi Rick,

It pains me to sell it, you know I'm a hoarder.
Truth is 2 fold.
I have many things on my list such as a new boiler, carpets and all the other drab stuff you can't blow!!!!
If it sells the money though would immediately partly finance studio monitors though

The 2nd reason is despite my better judgement I still chop and change too much so I thought I'd let it go while its in this condition.

If it doesn't sell.....ah well, my intentions were good
