For sale a terrific Otto Link STM "Early Babbitt" tenor saxophone mouthpiece, refaced by Brian Powell!
Originally it was a #5, Brian refaced it to a clean #7* =0,105".

This is a typical post-Florida U.S.A. metal Otto Link.
It keeps the typical "nasal singing" quality in the sound, like any good Florida era metal Otto Link.
This one is what I consider bright metal Link, as much bright as you expect from STM Early Babbitt.
It's particularly "loud", to me! Extremely even and balanced.
Brian did his own typical enhancing he did on every metal Link.
Nothing much else to add.
It can be definitive if you are in the quest for the "perfectly balanced" vintage Metal Link!
The mouthpiece is in "mint condition". Gold plating is a little faded on the sides (where Brian worked on).
The biteplate is new: no teeth marks!
No dings, no scratches…
