Music for Wind Ensemble; Senior Project

As part of my senior project, I am gathering some of my peers to form a wind ensemble. The only problem is choosing what to play. I would like to do classical music, but am open to any suggestion. There will be alto sax, bari, tenor, clarinet, flutes, and percussion depending on the music. I appreciate your any recommendation. Thanks!

With that instrumentation, a flexible woodwind choir piece would fit the bill nicely. A quick search of Pepper Music turned up this selection: Ten Masterworks for Woodwind Choir. Another possibility would be to use a good saxophone quartet with the clarinet playing the soprano sax part. You could also transpose the soprano part for flute playing an octave above the clarinet which creates a nice texture. Good luck with your project.
