Mouthpieces Meyer 6J Alto metal mouthpiece

I’ve had a Meyer 5J for a few years now but it doesn’t get played much, i wouldn’t sell because there’s something about it I like !

I have an 8J. Plays very nicely with a 2.5 reed, great sound, but on Alto I'm much more comfortable with ebonite - just the size of them feels easier for me to play. So I'm sticking with my V16 and my Kanee.

Which means, the metal meyer 8J is in the yardsale for an absolute bargain price...

Play an 8J on Martin tenor and a 7J and 6M on a Martin alto. Great mpcs but have to be tested when bought as quality is irregular on the new Meyers. Very versatile. Plays dark when I’m brooding and bright for happy tunes. Go figure.
