Looking to sell on my Mauriat PMXT 66R in dark vintage lacquer. The sax is only 6 months old but I'm struggling to play it now due to a flare up of an old neck injury (even with a jazz lab sax holder and also tried a harness with no joy). With it being only 6 months old its in immaculate condition. There are two little marks on the neck where the ring part of the octave key has rubbed probably when inserting the neck, however I've had a piece of cork attached under the key to prevent further marking. Im not going to try describe its tone as I'm hopeless at that sort of thing. don't really know what else to say really other than it comes with a case (Protec I believe) and a generic Mauriat HR? mouthpiece and lig, cleaning cloth and a basic neck strap (still sealed) as supplied by Mauriat.
Would prefer collection (I'm in Plymouth) and not post it as I don't have any packaging at all and Ive had bad experiences in the past that have cost me dearly, however I can travel providing its not too far.
Not sure what to ask so I'll try £1700 with 5% going to the charity.
