It kind of works on some but on most you get a very strange sound on your track.Ok for messing about at home but i would not post a song using it.

Vocal Remover is not an option in my copy of Audacity...

Correction - Upgraded it to v2.0.2 and found it

I've had time to play with audacity with varying results. None of them great. I managed to move Tony Bennett into the kitchen and keep the band in the lounge but it's distracting to have him mumbling along.

I think the old saying fits here. "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

Nice idea though.

Note to self. IT techs who sing Karaoke are not musicians.

And to top it off instead of faffing around with all that...there'a karaoke button...click done. I don't think I'll be doing any more. Tony's pizzas are a bit special by the way.
