Lovely M2 silver plated Bauhaus Walstein alto

Things are changing quite rapidly for me, fellow travellers, and I am thinking of selling my almost new BH M2 alto....everything you`d expect from a top quality pro` instrument! Stephen Howard`s review is right on the ball with this one- they are a beautiful blow in any style you`d care to name. I don`t think they can be bettered by any contemporary alto sax. They are a bargain at the current retail price, now, I believe, exceeding £1600. I haven`t played a gig with mine, and so can honestly say that this is a brand new alto, absolutely unmarked apart from sanding down the cork for my m/piece, for a secondhand price of....£1300??? If anyone is interested, I will of course make the usual donation.
I`m off to the I.O.W. from Monday to Friday, and after that I will post some pictures if there is any interest.

Good one OG.
Coz times is terrifyin` ` ard, Andrew. And those nice men in government said they were behind the working man.....mind you, perhaps, being public school, they meant something quite different! Come to think of it, perhaps they meant they were going to screw us all!
Anyway, a sad old git like me can get by on something cheaper.

Paul,
Times is hard and they are behind the working man. About two hundred years behind.

Don't knock public schools too much, when I was edificated, most normal schools on the Headmaster's List, counted as part of the grammar stream and around half the pupils were out of the better local education area's junior schools. Mind you, I'm still thick as two short planks and twice as nasty.
