Looking for biographical information on Richard Pepper

Dear all, this is my first post on the forum so not sure yet how to move about...I would have the following question thought : as part of a music school assignment I have to comment "Anglo Saxon/Blue March/Primitive Blues" a piece by Richard Pepper. I also have to give some background on the composer. The strange thing though is that I can't seem to find anything on this Mr Pepper. Can anyone advise or orient me?

The only Peppers I know and love are Art Pepper (West Coast of US alto player), Jim Pepper ( fantastic tenor and soprano player of Native American ethnic background) and chilli peppers (including jalapeno, and other hot ones)...good luck...

Thanks Randulo and Greg but unfortunately this is not the Pepper I am looking for... I am actually looking for this Pepper : Richard Pepper: Sounds for Sax Book 2. Just Flutes, London. The funny thing is that there seems to be absolutely no biographical info to find on the internet which i find quite intriguing but doesn't help me as I am to comment a work of his as part of a graduation test in music school...

From my research it appears he wrote only one piece of music. It is quite possible that "Richard Pepper" is just a pseudonym and his real name is Frederick Joseph Ricketts.
