As That nice Mr. Thomas is on Holiday, how about an add a line thread to keep Kev on his toes?

There was a lady from Ealing.

He's back.

And I have better things to do than check back every few minutes to see if this goes out of line.

A stirring Old Git from Sarf Lunnun
Would wind people up on the forum
His favrit tar git
With words to hard hit
Was Kev, a mod-el of decorum

Now be good, I have a lot of work to do.

Who had a peculiar feeling.

(Sorry, Kev, I really should know better than to encourage him).

There was an old sax player called Git
Who could not play stood so did sit
When playing a trill, the conductor had a thrill
And told Git to quit from her pit!

There once was a lady from Ealing,
Uncovered from floor to the ceiling.
Her date said "ahem"
As he caressed his 10M
"I prefer my nude art less revealing".

Sorry. I couldn't resist. There's a part of my brain that can't tolerate an unfinished limerick.

A good time to post a pic of my very special rare 10M. This was a limited run when they were slightly more prudish and decided to give her some underwear.

Interesting pic. Hope you had a good holiday Pete. Seeing as how this thread has wandered. ......

We had a large dinner party on Friday night as part of my sons wedding with some 30 people for sit down dinner. The music was from a number of genres and amongst the collecton was Pete 's Naked City CD, which was the was the only one that got comments and there were several of them from a variety of age and cultural backgrounds, older folks from Holland to 20 something Canadians. All seemed to really respond well to it.

Sax at its best seems to have such a broad appeal. Maybe there's hope for us yet.

A tenor has the best rock tone
For the blues it's a baritone
An alto makes jazz wail
But step on a cat's tail
It sounds like a soprano saxophone.
