Ligatures Ligature Size for a Tenor Sharkbite 7

Bought this mp a couple of months back. Was cheap (promise I'm not) and gives a pleasant enough sound for the £, and will keep me going until I derserve something better.

However the lig doesn't sit well, so does anyone know what size Rovner or similar will fit a Sharkbite 7.

Good question!

The sharkbite mouthpiece is not listed on the Rovner website - it would be good if a current owner sharkbite owner could provide details of what ligature they use and we could resolve the problem quite easily.

Hi Christian, I've got one of these, which I chopped the end off to use as a C Mel mouthpiece. I still have the original lig, but just tried a Rovner Dark 2M for Metal Tenor and it fitted just fine.

These are good mouthpieces, and very good value for money. The only downside is the plating is very thin - it will eventually wear off.
