Go back to the basics. Practice your scales. Start slowly then speed them up. You can also play etudes, or make your own etude that just focuses on left had fingerings.
Yes, it's like Frank Trumbauer said "Practice. You don't get this good overnight!".
I played trumpet many years ago but on taking up reed instruments needing fingers of both hands, I just thought of it as something completely different.
