Saxophones kaerntner?

As my search for a second-hand tenor begins here in Japan, I've come across a Kaerntner tenor sax. Does anyone know anything about this brand? Far as I can tell, it's a Japanese brand (maybe). Oh, and they are pretty cheap. Just wanted to know if anyone has any insight about Kaerntner. Thanks.

I saw one recently for sale. As always I look for info on any unknown brand, but found little.

In which case, if I were looking to buy, I'd look elsewhere 100%.

Unless, like Jericho, Baushaus (not so cheap), G4M, you can find more positive reviews than negative (and find both) you should avoid any cheap horns like the plague. Many reasons, including: Longevity; Playability; Resaleability.

Look elsewhere for sure.
