- Lean minced beef to the amount of burgers you require.
- 1 medium onion per four burgers.
- Mixed herbs (Schwarz or similar) to taste (trial and error)
- One George Foreman grill (other grills may be available)
Finely chop the onion(s), mix in with minced beef using your hands adding some mixed herbs.
Make some burgers no more than 3/4 inch thick.
Turn on grill, wait until light goes out, put burgers in grill and wait 6 minutes or so (it's beef so you can have them cooked to taste). Take out, put in bun with some sort of relish and eat.
Low fat, tasty and don't fall apart (no egg needed).
To be honest, Macdonalds can't make burgers this quickly.
