Saxophones Just bought (sort of) a Jericho J-6 Tenor

Although I've only been playing alto for about 6 months, GAS has bitten, and I'm about to enter the world of the Tenor. After chatting with Robbie (thoroughly decent bloke), of studentmusicsupplies, I've put a deposit down on a coppertone/silver J-6 with the basic upgraded case. Sadly I have to wait as there not due in for a couple of weeks and then until xmas 🙁. Sure the wait will be worth it. Will follow this up with a review (of sorts). It will be an honest opinion of build quality etc with a playability review from the eyes of a beginner. If nothing else will give everyone a laugh at my severe lack of knowledge.

I guess they don't update the stock status that often since it still says the coppertone/silver J-6 is in stock. I've been tempted by a Tenor myself but the cheaper gold/nickel version, so I'm looking forward to hear what a beginner thinks as I'm also a beginner on alto.

You're right they are in stock but they have the basic black case. Ive gone for one with an upgraded case which is sturdier. Robbies hoping to have then in and with customers by 1st of December.
