Saxophones Joe Lovano and a funny looking sax

Just back from Mallorca where I was lucky enough to go to Sa Pobla's 15th Jazz Festival with Joe Lovano in concert open air -Fab!
On one number he played what looked like two straight sopranos into one mouth piece which was quite impressive!
Any ideas what it was?

Some of the details of the keywork is very different.... Betting he has some key structures that will work in conventional horns....

haven't been to the forum for a while -too busy trying to find time to play,which is coming along albeit slowly!
