Well, three days before Xmas last year I thought I'd better order some new reeds as they'd be needed early in the new year so onto the website mid afternoon, place order, job done.

Blow me if the don't arrive first class post the very next morning! :welldone

So, on Wednesday 4pm I've finished searching for a sax stand and guess what, best price I can find is at Reeds Direct - over £13 cheaper than many and £7 less than the next cheapest - and with free postage!

So I order one. Bugg@ me if it didn't arrive yesterday! :thankyou:

I have used them for year's now.By far the best priced reeds around and nearly allways next day by post. They do a great service and cant be beaten on cost.

They are an off-shoot of Woodwind & Reed where I bought my Cannonball - after I inflicted nearly 2 hours aural torture on their staggeringly knowledgable - and patient - sales staff. Really nice people.

Another regular customer here too.

Have any of you tried the Razz or Marco reeds on their site?

I got 4 box's of Razzco for alto and 2 box's for tenor and there nice reeds for the price.I still like Vandoren v16 for tenor but the razz tenors do the job really well.I love La Voz on soprano.

And another here.

Some time ago I wanted a change of reed and after discussing it with them they sent me a selection to try (I had to pay of course!). Very helpful.

If I were trying to sell a Cannonball sax to someone, I'd be very patient too!:w00t:

Yep, you do need patience I guess, if you have to overcome the closed-mind attitude that the only decent sax is a YamaYaniMaurSelmer......

WWR are my nearest specialist saxophone shop. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. I bought my Yanagisawa from them in April. I would certainly recommend them.
