Following on from the Gary burton improv thread. This forum is all about improvisation, every couple of weeks a new tune will be selected and worked on. With analysis posted and playing examples etc. The forum is only for the current tune, so please guys no extra postings. Anyone is welcome to join the group..

I would like to add to that, if you have general questions about improvising, ie chord notes, scales, progessions, then these questions should still be aksed in the Music theory forum

Or saxophone playing in general, then post in the Playing forum


This forum here will be for those partaking in the tune of the month as outlined above.
