The Yardsale is not intended for use by people joining the forum purely to sell an item, so members must have at least 40 posts to be eligible. However new members may post if they either:

    • upgraded their account with an annual (not monthly) subscription. This is for access to sell without needing the 40 posts and the contribution after a successful sale still applies.
    • or pay the 5% contribution on the initial listing price up front (non refundable) then a listing will be allowed.

Come on guys - I really don't want to put my Sax items on on th devils junkyard - but sadly it all has to go .... Dig Deep and make me smile - 100% goes to the Cafe Fundraising efforts for this smashing manual ...

But I've got one, I expect most of us do. Sell it on the cesspit if you have to and donate the money left over to the cafe.

Its not the only item I have to dispose of Jimmy, if I were to sell all my sax's and accessories on the the bay, then the forum fundraising efforts would not be benefiting in the same way as I would like it to.

For example if I sell my:

Yanagisawa T9932J (Tenor Saxophone) Solid Silver Crook & Bell, Bronze Body & Bow

On the Junkyard, I certainly wouldn't donate the same amount as I will if it is sold here.

There is so much more than just this saxophone to be disposed of and I prefer that members here get first offer.

I'm half wondering about that rectory you have to sell, went to Norfolk once it seemed quite a pleasant area.

I do appreciate what you are doing it's just that in this case I think most of us probably have one, but, anyone who doesn't should make a generous offer and buy this one immediately.

Sold elsewhere ... Disapointed that it didn't go to someone here at the Cafe, I am sure there are many people who have joined more recently who would have benefited from this masterpiece.
