Accessories Harness for Tenor

I have been getting some bad headaches and neck pain after playing my BW tenor, which I know is associated with the weight of the instrument. I believe that a harness is the way to go, but not sure which type or make to get…….. can anyone advise please?

A couple of my friends use a harness and I think that you might benefit as well. One uses a Neotech harness and the other a BG. Both of them are now pain free. Good luck.

The LeBayle is worth considering- They're less bulky than most of the other options and the front part is a lotm orel iek a regualr strap (it doesn't anchor the sax to the front of your chest the way the Neotech and BG do)

Well I use one of these -

and I am a 5' 3'', 8st, 57 yr old.
Of course each to his own but it might be worth a try.
