I don't think they're cheap and you have to order one from Switzerland. There's bloke in Manchester got one, he plays in a psychedelic band called 'Gnod' I think he bought his in europe years ago..

If you look on youtube, there are videos on how to make them from old gas bottles. But be careful, they need to be properly cleaned out first.
