Someone over on SOTW suggested this nice site: http://gc.guitarcenter.com/kingoftheblues/tracks/?track=1

It's got 30 backing tracks of guitar-based music in a range of blues styles from BB King to New Orleans to 50s rock and roll to minor blues to shuffle and funk.

I've just downloaded them all (they're free) and am going to have some fun and open up my ears.

Have fun Rhys,
It's a shame I'm not in your neck of the woods I could have dug the old geetar out and had a blast. Most blues guitarists I know don't like to play second fiddle to the mighty tenor.
Let us know how you get on.

Thank you Rhys.
Great site. I downloaded some songs. And I'm also going to burn a CD so I can change the key on my player
