What have you got against the Carmichael?

I guess because it's not supposed to be that good? I don't hear people singing their praises as they do with countless other brands so I guess I'm fixated by acquiring one of the well respected makes. Maybe one day I'll appreciate the so called differences but with my tutor telling me it plays great and to keep it, and with the Grassi being trickier for me to play, I've decided it is the one to keep until something comes along which I find easier to play and produces a better sound.

It's called susceptibility to brand image! :ashamed
