This guy is one of my favorite youtube players,i love the sound of the sax with gospel and think i might end up being a kind of blues/gospel type player :)

Missed this :( great player that Jermaine Mondaine :thumb: and it does sound like Gerald Albright (which ain't no bad thing)

Gerald Albright is my favourite alto player :thumb: who is heavily influenced by gospel, also if you want to find a great gospel player playing tenor sax then look no further than Kirk Whalum http://uk.myspace.com/kirkwhalum

Listen to this version of 'Amazing Grace' i challenge you not to be moved
http://cafesaxophone.com/showthread...k-quot-Amazing-Grace-quot-could-sound-so-good

here are both players doing there thing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pYTTzDHsek&feature=channel&list=UL

Heres a pic of Mr Whalum with a groupie (me)
