The wonderful Charles McNeal has posted a Etude by Dan Higgins on his pdf page, as follows:

Here's a Etude written by Los Angeles woodwind specialist, Dan Higgins, over the chord changes to "Giant Steps" for you Saxophonist to shed on. There are a few places where you'll need to make octave adjustments in the "Eb" version. When I get a moment I'll transpose this for "Concert" instruments.

I had the same problem. Solved it by saving to the desktop then printing from there. This sort of thing has happened to me before.

Being a technophobe it happens to me all the time I'll try a few things and then phone Dave W or gypsy my PC saviours to sort me out
