I have for sale a Rare Vintage Lawton 8 "Special" for Tenor Saxophone.
It is made from solid Bell Bronze (20% tin, 8% copper) & comes with the original ligature & cap, & embossed on the mouthpiece are the words "Lawton" & "8 Special".
Due to the large chamber and low baffle, with a tip opening of .115" a free blowing dark sound is produced.
The rails & tip are in excellent condition as is the mouthpiece itself.
