The much feared February is here. Not to stretch the energies of our fellow cafemembers, we stayed on the same progression, but in a different key (concert G) now.
Also a melancholic February ballad feel.
Foofoofoooing on your tenors and baris can keep us warm, while a more pensive alto and soprano attitude gets us ready for March, that will be, naturally, a march.

Chris kindly wrote a melody and provided BT.
HERE
we were discussing the option of a fast swing version.
Anyone fancies it?

I going to try and see what I can do with this. I figure I can't learn if I don't try. This take is more about seeing if I can play the melody and hear the changes. Later on I'm going to try and improve on the soloing. By the way, Chris, did I read you wrote this? I'm telling you, if you added a bridge and a few tweaks, this would rival any old standard. Well done, I must say.
