Favourite practise 'runs' across all 12 keys

Just interested if people have favourite runs/intervals/licks they play all over the sax when they practise. I've been slowly building up to playing broken triads in all keys, and have started messing with adding the dominat 7th. I'm finding this quite benficial (even if working out the next note hurts my brain sometimes). I'm curious if this type of thing is something a lot people do, and looking for inspiration, what do you play?

I try to do excersises that cover all 12 keys. Beside major I also do major pentatonic and blues scales. Rock&Roll sax you know ...

Here is a sample what you can do. The video is from a Rocksax workshop in Copenhagen. And it's not me playing. The question before that demostration was: Do you use a metronome or drumbeat when you're practising? Yes, nost of us did! Do you?
