Again, I presume you mean a wind controller? It's probably wron to think of these as electric saxophones as they are so different, unlike electric/acoustic guitars. An electric guitar is sold as a guitar and a lot of the same technique applies. I think it's a mistake to think of wind controllers (apart from the synthophone) as an electric saxophone, it's bets to treat it for what it is.
As for teachers, I don't know of anyone who teaches wind controllers, it's probably the sort of instrument that people teach themselves.
