Easier Altissimo & the G-sharp Key

I recently figured out that adding the G-sharp key to a number of my altissimo fingerings gives me more flexibility and a better tone in that register. I wrote about it and included a fingering chart with the all the fingerings I'm adding the G-sharp key to. I found it even helps for people who are just getting started with their altissimo and going for that elusive first G.
