Does Anyone Have the Book + CD for "Go Solo ! Alto Sax Blues" ?

Probably about 15 years ago I found a good playalong book for alto sax with a nice selection of tunes (e.g. Blues in the Night, Georgia, Straight No Chaser and this month's TOTM Mercy, Mercy, Mercy). It featured great alto playing by Howard McGill (ex NYJO and BBC Big Band).

At the time I could only find the book + cassette version and on my player it wasn't well in tune or stable. I used Audacity to capture the audio and bring it as close to in tune as possible but it still wasn't spot on.

I'm not sure whether this was available with CD rather than cassette - has anyone else got "Go Solo ! Alto Sax Blues" ?

PM'd you links to... "Rock" and "Jazz" for sale with CD in the same series (buy them?) but no "Blues"... so far.

Thanks @DavidUK . I already have the Jazz one with CD and that's good, but it's the Blues I am looking for.
