There are 2 or 3 places left on my next workshop on Saturday 12th June in Devon. The workshop is pitched at intermediate players with some previous experience of jazz improvisation and will cover jazz harmony and how to approach soloing on a set of jazz tunes varying from fairly easy to quite challenging. The group is limited to 10 and the workshop will run 11am to 5.30pm at The Plough Arts Centre, Torrington. We will then be joined by a rhythm section so that participants can give a public performance between 6pm and 8pm in the Arts Centre foyer. More details at http://www.petecanter.com/workshops

Hi Pete, yes Jimu is coming he's now in Southampton staying most humbly and kindly with Pete Thomas and family.
Sorry to inform you I haven't gotten enough practice in prep for you worship and now two days ago I fell (was pushed) of me bike and broke my left thumb.
I will be at this workshop, only death will stop me.

Not sure yet when I can physically play but I know virtual practice is an option at this time.

Cheers & ciao
Jimu
