In the "real" cryogenic treament, the entire process is much much slower (it takes about two days to get finished) and the saxophone is not deassembled and then re-assembled... and no overhauling is required.
Most of cryogenic treaments you see on YouTube are just a sort of liquid nitrogen wash.Others say they can hear the difference, but as cryo requires a complete setup afterwards, this can easily be explained by the setup.
