Clue from Skabertawe.

Tonight's edition and probably next week's Clue are from Tom's Town.

iPlayer it, Radio 4 1830 Monday.

See if you can hear Tom in the audience.

To save Tom the trouble, here is his (standard) reply, Bill, I have no idea what you are writing about.

Well Tom, to tell the truth, neither do I.

I don't think Tom is the only one...:confused:

Greg,
As you are in New Zealand, "I'm Sorry, I Haven't a Clue" is a cult (Kev, please check I've spelt that correctly) BBC radio programme, much appreciated by all saxophonists with even a moderate sense of humour. To even attempt to play the saxophone, a sense of humour is imperative.

One round last night was to suggest a song title that could be improved by the removal of one letter. Amongst those offered were "Sexual Ealing" and "That's Why the Lady is a Tram".

May I suggest that we might carry on this round with one condition, if you are submitting non-English titles, a translation is included.

Hi Bill!

I seem to recall listening to Clue quite regularly when I used to travel home from Ipswich to Norwich in the old days and listened to the car radio. Since moving to Skabertawe in 2002 I don't think I've listened to one episode as I no longer do long journeys back from a workplace at that time of day, and never listen to Radio 4.

Life moves on, and some of us humans do, as well....................................................;}
Kind regards
Tom
