Chilli wedges

Well it's my first post in this section, I do a fair bit of cooking but mostly from books, I'm not very brave when it comes to creating food.
Here is my recipe for chili wedges, they're great when served with a nice cool creamy dip or covered in grated cheese.

2 or 3 potatoes washed and cut into wedge shapes, I normally do 3 potatoes for my wife and I, but she has the appetite of a Sparrow,
A good handful of Rosemarie,
A good shake of celery salt,
A good shake of chili powder, to taste obviously, but I like mine with a good kick.
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, crushed to a paste,
A large dessert spoon full of honey,
A slug (not the garden variety) of olive oil

Mix this lot together and then place on a baking try for about 25 to 30 minutes in a hot oven.
Don't turn them too frequently as you get a lovely build up of dark, almost burnt goo..... Delicious!
Simply cook until they suit your tastes, I like mine quite dark and crispy on the edges!
