I'm not anyone is actually playing sax in the video, it looks mimed to me, especially as TOTP in those days was pretty much always mimed.

No idea if it is Steve Gregory on the Youtube video, but he has the same shaped nose, quite distinctive.

That may be the reason why I'm confusing Juan Carlos Madrid and Steve Gregory... they're very similar in many ways: their way of playing is almost identical, as well as their physical features.
