There's a Cannonball neck on eBay UK at the moment. No idea whether it's fat or not.

Dawkes have the alto fat neck for sale so I'm sure they can get you the tenor version.

No .the octave key is underslung and it has a, decoratice stone embedded in rhe front..this I think is the standatd crook.Many thanks for taking the time to dig it out and photograph it.Much appreciated.
