Can anyone pick out the time signature(s) in this?

If you don't have spotify, It's 'The First Circle' by Bob Curnow's L.A. big band, from what I understand it's a Pat Metheny piece.

Anywho, it's lovely - but I can't work out the time signature(s - I'm starting to think it changes quite a lot). I'm normally ok with them, so it's now become a bee in my bonnet, I must find out. My googling didn't return anything significant.

Can anyone work it out?

It's given as 22/8 or 11/4 in the above article - one bar of 12/8 and then a bar of 10/8. the notation shows it better. Interesting piece.
