I've decided it's time I got around to selling my 1927 Trutone alto which has been sitting unplayed since I got a mark VII a few months ago. This one is in good playing order and has a great vintage sound. There is a short clip of me playing it on Straight No Chaser with a piano player on my website at The silver plate is largely intact though is tarnished. I have started cleaning it up with a silver cloth but this will be an ongoing project for whoever buys it. There are a few minor dings as would be expected of a horn of this vintage, nothing major. Comes with a tatty but serviceable case that came with the mkVII, no strap or mpc. I'm looking for £600, donation to Pete's charity if it sells here but I am advertising elsewhere. Some pics will go up on ebay over the weekend as there are no insertion fees.
