I haven't posted any sound clips for awhile so I thought it was about time I got my finger out. I love this piece (not necessarily my version) I think it has real emotion and depth. Played on the Mauriat of course 😉

Thanks for the comments folks, this was recorded in my mates studio so I think that helped. We were using top end mics etc. and I think they really picked out those breathy tones just how I was trying to get them. I think I've noticed a bit of a bad habit though, sometimes it sounds like I'm over attacking some of the notes if you know what I mean.
Kev, I have to say that the combination of a Runyon Smoothbore and the Mauriat works really really well. It'll whisper when you want it to or howl like a wolf!
