Timing is much better... you could hear backing?I really shouldn't record these after 4 hours of practice, but here is my alto attempt.

WildI forgot that I recorded this a few weeks ago during my monthly short recording session!
Still issues with sound bleeding and distortion in the recording since I got a new laptop, but here is my take anyhow:

I enjoyed that a lot, thanks for posting it.I know it's no longer August, but I wanted to share this recording.
My sax quartet have "Blue Moon" in their regular repertoire, and I recorded all of tonight's rehearsal.
This recording is "as is" - just in my house, I haven't edited this at all.
I hope you enjoy it. I think it's a rather good arrangement by Kenneth Abeling, published by Lincoln Music.

That was beautiful!I just played this tune again for the SOTW beginners intermediates TOTM.
A different set up this time.
Conn 1933 Baritone with an old Designed by Arnold Brilhart Hard Rubber Mouthpiece.
Originally a 4 tip but opened to .110 by Brian Powell.
And my trusty old Fibracell 3.5.
