I like that alto one very much! Perhaps you should always practice for four hours before recording! It works! :clapping:

Thank you! Those are fine English expressions! I like this tune at a more moderate tempo on alto for some reason.

I know it's no longer August, but I wanted to share this recording.
My sax quartet have "Blue Moon" in their regular repertoire, and I recorded all of tonight's rehearsal.

This recording is "as is" - just in my house, I haven't edited this at all.

I hope you enjoy it. I think it's a rather good arrangement by Kenneth Abeling, published by Lincoln Music.

I just played this tune again for the SOTW beginners intermediates TOTM.
A different set up this time.
Conn 1933 Baritone with an old Designed by Arnold Brilhart Hard Rubber Mouthpiece.
Originally a 4 tip but opened to .110 by Brian Powell.
And my trusty old Fibracell 3.5.
